摘要
教师自我效能感是指教师相信自己有能力对学生的学习产生积极影响的一种知觉和信念。国内外的研究表明:教师的自我效能感与教师的教育教学行为、学生的学业成绩和人格形成之间存在着密切关系。在总结概括国内外教师自我效能感的理论研究及实践应用的基础上,提出可供我国教育改革和师资培训参考的增进教师自我效能感的有效途径。
Teachers' sense of selfefficacy is defined as teachers' belief in their influence on students' behaviors and academic achievements. Research at home and abroad have shown that teachers' sense of selfefficacy is a variable contributing a lot to teachers' teaching behaviors and students' academic achievements. Based on the summary of previous theoretical research and practical application , this article puts forward methods of developing teachers' sense of selfefficacy.
