云南省社会信息化水平测度及分析

Social information measurement and analysis in Yunnan Province

本文用信息化指数法对云南省 1992 -1999的社会信息化水平进行了测算 ,并对测算结果进行了国内外比较。结果表明 :社会信息化指数大致与经济发展水平同步 ,云南省的信息产业发展水平落后全国平均水平 4年左右。

In this paper, the level of information (1992-1999) in Yunnan Province are measured with the information index model and compared with that of the other regions of China and of the other countries. The result indicates that the level of information in Yunnan Province synchronizes with the development of economy, and the level of information industry development falls behind the national average about 4 years.
