“处”在唐、宋时期或表时间 ,或指处所。柳永《雨霖铃》中的两个“处” ,一个表时间 ,而另一个则是兼表时间与处所 ,是特定时空的统一体 ;它所表现出的正是中国古代先民时空和谐统一的哲学观念。

The Chinese character ”chu” means time or place in the Tang and Song Dynasties. In Liu Yong's BELLS RINGING IN THE RAIN (Tune) two ”chus” are used: one means time, and the other refers to both time and place - a unity of specific time and space, from which is reflected the Chinese ancients' notion of harmonious unity in both time and place.
