彝族传统文化是人类宝贵的文化遗产 ,也是彝族立足于世的根本。在知识经济初露端倪 ,经济文化联姻互动的 2 1世纪 ,特别是随着西部大开发战略的实施 ,重视对彝族传统文化开发、利用和保护的研究 ,具有十分重要的现实意义。

The traditional culture of the Yi people is a part of the treasured cultural bequest of the human being, and it is the precondition for the Yi people to live in the world. In the 21st century when knowledge economy is just the tip of the iceberg and economy is being integrated with culture, it is of importance to do researches into the development, utilization, and protection of the traditional culture of the Yi people.
