从高等职业教育管理学教学的内容与组织结构出发,分析了高职教育中管理学教学改革的有关问题,突出以能力为本位和增强学生实践及未来适应性为主要改革内容,强调从理论知识本位转到能力本位等方面,提出了符合高职特色的管理学教学模式。

From the view of management content and organizational structure in vocational education, the concerned questions of teaching reform of management in vocational education are analyzed in the paper, and a teaching mode of management with higher vocational characteristic is put forward that take focusing on ability, increasing students practical ability and adapting to future as main reform content.
