摘要
应用高分辨等离子质谱法测定岩石样品中33种微量元素的方法,测试结果准确可靠.25mg岩石样品在自制高压密闭溶样装置中,用1mL浓HF+0.5mL浓HNO3于190℃溶解,蒸干后用5mL30%(v/v)HNO3于140℃提取残渣,加入Rh做内标来扣除基体效应及仪器漂移带来的影响.该方法用于多个岩石标样33种微量元素的测定,分析结果与推荐值相比,误差均小于±10%.
This paper proposed a simple and reliable method for the determination of 33 elements of rocks by high resolution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Twenty five milligrams of samples are digested with 1 mL of HF and 0.5 mL of HNO_3 in screw high press PTFE?stainless steel bombs at 190 ℃. The residues are dissolved at 140 ℃ using 5 mL 30%(v/v)HNO_3. Rhodium was used as an internal standard to correct matrix effects and instrument drift. This proposed method is used to precisely determine 33 trace element in several standard rock samples, and the relative errors between this work and the recommend values are less than 10% for most trace elements.
