A distributed intelligent temperature and humidity monitoring system based on single-chip processor is presented.The objects of the system are those electrical switchgears and box-shaped substations and so on.The temperature and humidity of the switchgear are measured by a Honeywell transmitter.The data obtained from the transmitter will be compared with the expert knowledge base by the microprocessor and corresponding intelligent output control strategy will be made.
