新生鼠脑缺血再灌注后海马CA1区HSP70的表达

摘要 目的 观察新生Wistar鼠脑缺血再灌注后海马CA1区热休克蛋白 70 (HSP70 )表达的意义。方法 应用免疫组化的方法观察新生鼠脑缺血再灌注后不同时点脑组织HSP70的表达。结果 缺血再灌注 6h后HSP70表达开始增高 ,2 4h达高峰 ,持续升高至第 3天 ,其COD值与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 新生鼠脑缺血早期可诱导海马CA1区HSP70表达和合成增加 ,表明HSP70参与了脑缺血的病理生理过程 ,可能与脑缺血后神经细胞的内源性保护机制有关。 Objective To observe heat shock protein70(HSP70)expression in hippocampal CA1 region of 7-day-old Wistar rats after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to measure the expressions of heat shock protein70 in the hippocampal CA1 region after reperfusion. Results The expression of HSP70 in hippocampal CA1 region in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion group increased at 6h after reperfusion, reached the highest level at 24h, and keep a high level at 3d; the corrected optical density(COD) value was significantly higher than that of the sham-operation group. Conclusions Cerebral ischemia can induce the expression of HSP70 in hippocampal CA1 region of newborn rats in early reperfusion, it is suggest that the HSP70 play a important role in the pathphysiology of cerebral ischemia,it may be involved in the endogenous ptotect mechanism of neuron after cerebral ischemia. [
