摘要
总结了国内外航天发射场在建设和使用方面成功的经验和失败的教训,提出应重视航天发射场工程预研工作,提高发射场自动化水平,加强发射场安全防护措施这三个问题。
The article summarizes the experiences and lessons from successes and failures on the construction and uses of launch sites both at home and abroad. The questions that should be under consideration in the future are also given here which include how to enhance the advanced R & D of engineering, raise the automation level and pay more attention to the safety and prevention.
