摘要
针对时代发展对创新型人才的需要,从高校人才培养目标与教育理念更新的关系上,分析了高校传统人才培养观念的弊端,提出了培养创新型人才必须树立现代教育理念。
An advanced educational ideology is the premise of a successful university education.This paper proposes five theories on the educational ideology,focusing on the problems existed in uneversity education and demand of creative talents in the future,and thus is instructive in practice.
