山东聊城中银大夏生活洗浴用水系统投用6年未清洗,存在流量小、换热器进出水温差小、主管路腐蚀。以SnCl_2为还原剂,用LAN-826缓蚀剂、OP系活性剂、磷酸三丁酯作消泡剂、NA_2CO_3+NA_3PO_4作中和钝化剂对系统进行清洗,得到良好的效果。

The living water supply system in Zhongyin Hotel, Laocheng, Shandong Province has been operated for 6 years without cleaning. There are some trouble in the system: smaller and smaller flow, small temperature difference between inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger, cor- roded main pipes. The system is chemically cleaned using SnCl_2 as the reduction agent, inhibitor LAN-826, OP-type active agent, ter-butyl phospate as the antifoamer, and Na_2CO_3+Na_3PO_4 as the passivator. The cleaning rate is above 90%.
