摘要
概要地叙述了传热面保洁防垢对汽轮机冷凝器增产增效的重要性,介绍了一些电网电厂和自备电厂凝汽器的水垢问题调查情况,宏观评估了水垢引起的经济损失;计算探讨了不同成分、不同厚度的水垢对传热系数的影响幅度。自转塑料扭带技术模拟试验结果表明,自动连续清洗能力强,兼有幅度在9%~15%传热强化作用。计算分析了自转扭带清洗技术对提高真空度和出力的作用,预计推广后可以获得每年36亿元前高效益。
This paper states briefly the importance of keeping the heat transfer surface clean for increas- ing the efficiency and output of condensers of steam turbines. By investigating the influence of the water fouling in many power plants, the losses caused by the fouling are assessed and the influence of the fouling of different composition and thickness on the heat transfer coefficient is rouphly calculated. The research on the self-cleaning technology with self-rotating plastic twisted strips is made. By the simu- lated experiments, the experimental results show that the water fouling can be satisfactorily cleaned away and prevented, and the heat transfer coefficient can increase by 9%-15% by using the technology. Furthermore, the extent of the output increase and vacuum increase is calculated respectively. It is esti- mated that the economic benefits can reach 3.6 billion yuan per year after the technology is popularized.
