浅议小城镇经济的发展道路

On Thinking of Small Town Economy Development

培育小城镇经济是推进城镇化道路的关键。本文从政府职能转变与市场机制的基础性作用出发,指出小城镇经济发展应遵循的基本道路:农业产业化经营是小城镇经济发展的内在动力;城镇群或重点镇的培育是小城镇经济发展的方向;乡镇企业是推进小城镇经济发展的主要载体,并进一步探讨东西部地区在发展道路上的不同定位。

To develop small town economy is key to push forward the urbanization road. This article will start from the changing of government function and basic role of market mechanism, and then, point out the basic road we should follow; industrialization of agriculture is inside motive, developing town groups or main town is direction, and township enterprises is the main carrier, and further study a different fixed position for region on development road.
