志贺菌与宿主细胞之间相互作用的研究进展 被引量:3

Progress in research on interactions between host cells and Shigella spp.

摘要 志贺菌的致病过程实际上是志贺菌与宿主细胞之间相互作用的结果。本文从细胞微生物学的角度综述了志贺菌与巨噬细胞、肠上皮细胞和多形核白细胞之间的相互作用 ,较具体地阐述了志贺菌的致病机制。 Shigella always interact with host cells in the pathogenic process.In the present paper,the interaction of Shigella with macrophage, epithelial cell and polymorphonuclear leucocyte is summarized in the aspect of cellular microbiology.The pathogenesis of Shigella is clarified in detail.
