骨髓内皮祖细胞在恶性肿瘤血管生成中的作用

The role of bone marrow-derived endothelial progenitor cells in the angiogenesis of malignant tumor

摘要 新的血管生成是肿瘤发生和发展的重要病理生理过程。人骨髓中含有内皮祖细胞 ,骨髓内皮祖细胞通过不同的机制动员进入血液循环 ,并参与肿瘤的血管生成。深入研究骨髓内皮祖细胞参与肿瘤血管生成的机制将为肿瘤治疗提供新的措施。 Angiogenesis is required for invasive tumor growth and metastasis. Adult bone marrow is a rich reservoir for endothelial progenitor cells. Bone marrow endothelial progenitor cells can be mobilized into the peripheral blood and contribute to tumor angiogenesis. To investigate the ways of stem cells participating in tumor angiogenesis will offer a new way to cure the malignant tumors.
