盘长结的小样试织研究

Research on Panchang-Knot Test Weaving

盘长结的外形和结构与机织物非常接近,可在小样机上试织中国结。采用管状组织与阔幅组织相配合织造盘长结结身,单个盘长结之间采用平纹来固结,在小样机经纱方向连续织造。下机后的织物进行再加工,抽出耳翼,采用手工编制几个简单的中国结激流苏再配以玉石等配件,成为一个完整的中国结挂饰。

Panchang-knot is extremely similar with woven fabric in contour and structure, so it is available for China-knot to be test-woven on hand-sample-machine. Hollow weave and broad weave can be combined to make the body of the knot, plane weave is used to interlink the knots, and continues weaving is available in warp direction on hand-sample-machine. The woven fabric is reprocessed, and ear-wings are withdrawn. Make several China-knots and tassels by hand and add some fittings such as jades, a total China-knot bob is completed.
