摘要
本文运用上限原理研究了双杯型复合挤压时上凸模平均相对单位压力与正挤部分、反挤部分变形程度的关系。并以此为基础,建立了此类复合挤压最大变形力计算的通式。此通式实用性强,其计算精度得到了实验验证。
In this paper,the relationships between the average relative pressure of upper ram and the forwara or backward reduction in an area are studied in double-cup axisymmetric combined extrusion according to the upper bound pri- nciple,on the basis of the results of the study above mentioned,a general expression of maximum strain forces during the extrusion proceeds is presented. This expression is very useful for technological design,and the accuracy of its calculation is in agreement with the exprimental results.
