论WTO背景下我国银行法制的完善

On Perfection of Bank's Legal System of China Under WTO Legal Environment

加入世贸组织以来,我国银行法制建设取得了可喜的进步.但由于我国现有银行法制是在计划经济向市场经济转轨过程中逐步形成的,因而在立法精神、透明度、市场准入、法律体系协调及业务创新等方面的许多规定与 WTO 规则存在冲突,应当尽快加以解决.

Since china's access to WTO,the construction of our bank legal system has been made good progress.However,the present bank legal system came into being while our economy diverting from planning economy to market economy.At present, many stipulations in our bank legal s(?)stem with regard to legislative spirit,transparency,market access,coordination of legal system and its business reform are in conflict with the WTO rules and regulations.All of these problems should be resolved as soon as possible.
