摘要
采用丙烯酰胺 (AM)、丙烯酸 (AA)、丙烯磺酸钠 (AS)和丙烯酰胺基三甲基丙基氯化铵(AMPTA)共聚合成了一种钻井液处理剂。研究了pH、引发剂用量、单体含量及聚合温度对钻井液性能的影响 ,得出了优化配方。结果表明 ,加入 0 3 %合成共聚物的淡水基浆在 1 80℃下滚动 1 6h ,滤失量仍很低 ,且抗钙高达 2 0 % 。
A new amphoteric copolymer HTB was synthesized by copolymerization of acrylamide(AM),acrylic acid(AA),sodium allyl sulfonate(AS),acrylamido propane trimethyl ammonium chloride. Polymerization conditions such as initiator,pH,monomer content ,polymerization temperature was studied. The experimental results showed the copolymer possessed fair good drilling fluid performances. The fresh water mud treated by 0.3% copolymer keeps low filtrate loss after rolling at 180 ℃ in 16 hours and adding 20%CaCl 2 and 0.2% copolymer ,the inhibitory property is much better than that of 7%KCl.
