快速凝固Ni-Mo-Cr-B合金粉末的显微组织

摘要 运用 X 光,金相和透射电镜等显微分析技术观察分析了快速凝固 Ni-Mo-Cr-B 台金粉未的凝固组织,研究结果表明,粉未尺寸由大到小,其组织经历了共晶、枝晶,胞晶和非晶等一系列演变,高硼含量有助于非晶形成。 The microstructure of rapidly solodified Ni-Mo-Cr-B alloy powder has been studied by X-ray diffraction,and optical and transmission electron microseopy.The experimental results showed that a series of evolution is eff- ected from amorphous to cellular,dendritical and eutectic structure when the particulate size changes from small to large,and also showed that high boron content is useful to amorphous formation.
