摘要
文章着重研究了膨胀与自应力水泥的范畴,分析了石膏对该范畴水泥水化硬化及性能的影响。采用了SEM/EDAX(电子扫描分析/能谱分析)、DTA/TG(差热分析/热重分析)、XRD(X射线衍射分析)等先进的测试手段,研究钙矾石相(AFt)在不同石膏掺量中的生成速率、形态、形貌等特性以及与水泥的膨胀和强度等宏观性能的关联性。
This paper mainly studies the expansion and the category of the self - stress cement and analyzes the influence of gypsum on the hydration and the rigidification performance of this category of cement. Testing methods of SEM/EDAX, DTA/TG, XRD are adopted in the article to study the performance of the Aft such as its building speeds, configurations and forms in systems with differences in gypsum quantities, and to find out the relationship between the AFt' s performance and the general properties of the cement such as expansion and strength.
