This article analyses the approach of policemen's interpersonal relations on duty which can not satisfy there needs of working,The article introduces some skills and qualities that the policemen should have,such as sincerity.a sense of humor and non-obsequiousness.It also discusses that policemen should grasp the common sense and common ground in course of interpersonal relations and communication in order to improve that approach and skill of communication.
