民间行业组织对研究当代中国民间力量的发展有重要价值,本文通过对温州同业商会特征、功能考察,分析了民间组织所面临的内外困境,并探讨了问题解决的可能性。

The issues of nongovernmental trade organizations of the time are most important for the research about the development of NGO in contemporary China. Through investigating the characters and functions of nongovernmental trade organizations in Wenzhou, this article analyses the great difficulties, both from inside and outside, nongovernmental organizations faced in contemporary China. The possibility of solving those problems is discussed as well.
