摘要
江泽民同志在党的十六大报告中明确指出 :“发展农产品加工业 ,壮大县域经济。”这个重要论断为我们全面繁荣农村经济、加快城镇化进程 ,解决“三农问题”指明了方向。
President Jiang Ze-min stated in the report of the 16th National Congress of the CPC :“We must enhance the industry of processing agricultural products to develop our county economy”,which clearly pointed out the direction for us to strengthen the economy in the rural areas and speed up urbanization so as to solve the problems of “Agriculture-Farmer-Countryside”. This paper expounds some of the aulhor's ideas of how to develop the county economy in China.
