柳州市私营经济的调查与思考

Research and Thought on The Private Sector of The Economy in Liuzhou

党的十六大报告在基本经济制度方面强调了两个“毫不动摇” ,各地非公经济又迎来了新的发展机遇。非公经济是柳州市经济发展的“短腿” ,特别是私营经济的发展存在着内外部的制约因素。个体私营经济应突破管理瓶颈 ,依靠科技求发展。政府部门也应改善个体私营经济的外部生存与发展环境。

Concerning the basic economic system of China,the 16th National Congress of the CPC stressed on the “ Two Unswerving”—— Being unswerving in strengthening and developing the Public-Owned economy; Being unswerving in supporting and guiding the Non-Public-Owned economy ,which means a new developing opportunity for the Non-State-Owned economy. The Non-State-Owned economy in Liuzhou is in a backward position, especially, the private sector of its economy is facing both internal and external restricting factors. The private sector of the economy should break through the restricting factors of the management and develop itself mainly by taking advantages of technology. Meanwhile, the government should improve the outside environment for it.
