An Analysis on The Employment of Minority Nationality People in Guangxi and The Corresponding Solutions

改革开放以来 ,广西少数民族人口的劳动就业状况发生了深刻地变化 ,但仍存在一些突出问题 ,应进一步改善少数民族人口的劳动就业条件 ,推动广西民族地区全面进步。

Since the reform and the opening to the outside world,though great achievement has been gained in improving the employment status for the minority nationality people in Guangxi, there still remain some serious problems. We should further improve the employment condition for the minority nationality people here so as to promote the overall development of Guangxi.
