随着金融市场国际化发展及金融创新和金融衍生工具的出现和广泛应用,区域性金融组织的发展及协调能力进一步得到了彰显,中国针对本区域的资本流动自由化而言,既是机遇,又是挑战,中国应从改革金融体制和完善金融制度入手,改善对外资本流动的管理方式,增强金融风险的防范能力,从而促进本国经济的健康发展。

With financial market internationalized and financial innovation and derivative tools appearing and wildly used, the development and coordinating ability of regional financial organizations has become startlingly obvious. For China free flow of regional financial capital means not only opportunities, but also challenges. China should start with the reforming and perfecting of financial system to improve the management of foreign capital flow, enhance the protective ability for financial risks, eventually fulfill the purpose of healthy growth of the national economy. 
