数字图书馆知识管理是指将知识管理理论运用于数字图书馆的管理之中。这是数字图书馆拓展和深化服务功能、提升管理层次的需要。在目前网络技术迅速发展、信息资源渠道广泛以及数字图书技术的开发进一步深入等条件下,实现数字图书馆知识管理是完全可能的。
The knowledge management of digital library means that knowledge management theory is used in the management of digital library. It is necessity of digital library to expand and deepen its services and promote the level of management. It is also completely possible to realize the knowledge management of digital library with network technique developing quickly and wild information resources and digital books technique deepening further.
