摘要
"平衡论"是布哈林的代表性理论之一,其中包含着丰富的系统论思想,不仅在中心概念上与贝塔朗菲提出的系统论相一致,而且坚持整体性观点、开放性观点和动态相关性观点,这对于维护生态平衡、实施可持续发展战略有着十分重要的意义。
Balance Theory”is one of ByxapИH ’s representative theories, which includes lots of viewpoints about system idea. It not only has the same focus concept as L.V. Bertalanffy’s system theory, but also insists on these ideas of whole, open, development and correlation, which is of great significance in the aspect of protecting our environment and implementing sustainable development tactic.
