A Research on Hu Huaichen's Criticism of "ChangShiJi

本文以新诗史上的一桩悬案———胡怀琛为胡适"改诗"事件———为讨论对象,在历史还原的基础上,首先检讨了在新、旧诗坛之间,胡怀琛特殊的身份及发言姿态,由此透视出新诗发生期复杂纠葛的诗坛格局;既而又从具体的诗学角度展开分析,探讨了胡怀琛对《尝试集》的批评中所暴露的新诗发生期的基本困境,即围绕新诗"音节"问题展开的争议,并剖析了"争议"背后的接受原因,以及新诗史上"声音"与"意义"间的内在张力。

In the New Poetry History, Hu Huaichen's rewriting of Hu Shi's poems has not been explored yet. Starting from this point, the thesis attempts to discuss this case thoroughly. First, Hu Huaichen's special statue between new&former poetry circle which determined his attitude of speech is described in a history context, in order to disclose the complex situation of the early new poetry history. Second, the basic troublethe dispute of rhythm of the New Poetry—exposed in the Hu Huaichen's criticism of 'ChangShiJi' and its inner cause is studied, which results in a discovery of the tension between 'sound' and 'meaning' in the New Poetry History.
