最优货币区理论,为欧洲货币联盟的成立和发展提供了理论基础和实践指导。在分析东亚货币合作的动因与组成货币联盟条件的基础上,本文认为;实现东亚货币区可以考虑采取分步走的方式,即先建立一些次区域货币区,最终过渡到整个东亚国家和地区。

The theory of Optimum Currency Area provides a theoretical basis and practical guideline for the establishment &development of the European Monetary Union . On the basis of Analyzing both the causes of currency cooperation of East Asia and the condition of forming currency union, this article holds; to fulfil the East Asian currency cooperation, we may consider assuming step-by -step measures, i. e. , to set up, first of all, sub-regional currency area before the transition to all the nations and areas in East Asia.
