摘要
澳门在反“黑”刑事实体法方面有着鲜明的特点:第一、明确黑社会的概念;第二、严格规定黑社会犯罪;第三、规定黑社会关联罪;第四、突出保护特殊证人;第五、刑罚规定的特殊性;第六、针对黑社会的刑罚裁量制度的从重处罚性。
There are distinctive characteristics in Macao anti-gangdom criminal law: Firstly, It confirms the conception of gangdom ; Secondly, it rigorously stipulates the crimes of gangdom; Thirdly, it stipulates the crimes which are correlative with gangdom; Fourthly, It especially protects special witness! Fifthly, it stipulates especial punishment; Sixthly, the system of judgement to gangdom is severe.
