比较教育研究已经有长时间的发展历史了,但在进入全球化时代和知识经济时代的过程中,比较教育的使命和作用将会发生重要的变化。这不仅是时代要求所致,也是学科研究的发展规律所致,更是社会和教育发展的需求所致。作为比较教育的研究人员,必须认清时代的特点,以创新的思路和精神去推进比较教育研究的发展。

Although comparative education research has already developed for a quite long time, comparative education will make the considerable changes in its mission and role in the era of globalization and knowledge-based economy. This is not only required by the era. but also by the developmental law of subject-research and even by the demands of social and educational development. Therefore ,being as comparative education researcher,we must identify the features of the ear and facilitate the development of comparative education research with innovative way of thinking and spirit.
