On Bukharin's Exposition of Leninism's Several Basic Problems

布哈林提出,列宁主义是第三个阶段的马克思主义,新事物丰富了列宁主义的内容,使它越出了马克思主义的“旧形态范围”。列宁主义的特点,一是它深厚的理论性,二是强调理论对于实践的意义,三是理论上的非偶像化和大胆创新,四是深入研究和深思熟虑。列宁主义的内容包括帝国主义理论和民族殖民地理论、无产阶级专政和苏维埃政权的理论、工人阶级和农民关系的理论等等。布哈林在界定列宁主义的时候,强调列宁主义破坏旧制度的内容和建设新制度的内容,比联共(布)其他领导人对列宁主义的界定更科学和更正确。

Bukharin once suggested t ha t leninism was Marxism of the third phase,new things enriched Leninism’s conte nt as result,it had gone beyond the limits of old formation of Marxism leninis m has four characteristics:1.solid theoty;2.emphasizing the meaning of th eoty to ptactice;3.non-idolize and bold innovation in terms of theory;4. making a thotough research and careful consideration.Leninism’s content in c luded imperialist theory and national colonial theory proletarian dictatorship a nd the theory of soviet regime ,the theory of relation between the working clas s and the peasantry and so on,when Bukharin bounded the Leninism,he stressed t he content of Leninism disrupting the old system and the content of building t he new system,and it is more scientific and correct to bound leninism than any other leaders of sovierunion.
