摘要
通常数字化的X射线图像存在噪声且对比度较差,给缺陷识别带来一定难度。文章在图像分解的基础上,利用小波分析对工业X射线天然气管道焊缝缺陷图像进行去噪处理,有效地改善了图像质量,又根据Laplacian算子检测图像边缘快速性的特点,参照天然气管道焊缝图像的特征,提出一种基于小波与Laplacian算子相结合的管道焊缝缺陷识别方法,仿真结果证明了此方法有效性及可靠性。
Usually the noise and low contrast of the digitized X-ray image made it difficult to recognize defect. Based on image decomposition, the X-ray pipe welding line image was filtered by wavelet analysis. Results showed that the image quality was improved and it would benefit the realization of computer interpretation of films. So use Laplacian operator, in according with the characteristic of pipe welding image and present a method. The simulink prove its efficiency and reliability.
