摘要
聘任制是事业单位人事制度改革的方向。高校在制定聘任制方案中应树立人才流动观念 ,要注意总量控制 ,科学合理设岗 ,优化高校教师结构 ,还要落实并加强合同管理和聘任管理 ,全面推进高校的人事制度改革。
The system of appointment of jobs is the reforming trend for institutions. While implementing the system, much work shall be needed for overall control, scientific and reasonable appointment and teacher's composition for colleges. Much effort shall be also made to enhance management of contract and appointment, thus furthering the reforming system of appointment of jobs.
