湖南省高校体育教师职业心态状况的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Occupational Psychology of Hunan Co llege P.E. Teachers

采用查阅文献资料、访谈、问卷调查与数理统计等研究方法 ,以湖南省普通高校体育教师为个案 ,从工作心情、工作乐趣、成就体现、工作压力、工作地位 ,再择业倾向以及对学校感受等方面考察分析了体育教师职业心态状况 ,提出了调整体育教师职业心态的建议 。

Though looking up documents and files,interviewi ng,asking others to complete questionnaires,doing mathematical statistics and ot her research methods,taking the P.E. teachers of common colleges and universitie s in Hunan province as cases,the authors investigated and analyzed the state of P.E. teachers occupational psychology from the following aspects:the mood,inte rests,pressures and status of their working,tendency of their re-emploment,and feeling to their colleges. The authors pointed out some concrete suggestions for the adjustment of P.E. teachers occupational psychology in order to accelerat e and improve the occupational psychology quality of college P.E. teachers.
