摘要
随机抽取参加两个学期篮球俱乐部的 50名男大学生 ,对他们锻炼前后身体形态指标和机能指标进行测试 ,结果显示 :长期参加篮球运动可以消除体内多余脂肪 ,降低体脂 ,增强肌力 ,使体形更加健壮、匀称 ;同时有效地改善心肺功能 ,提高人体的有氧耐力 。
The experiment tests the physique and physical f unctions of male college students who have joined basketball training for two se mesters,and the result shows that prolonged exercises can reduce the bodys fat by a certain percentage,strengthen muscle power,make the students fit and well -built,improve the functions of heart and lung,enhance aerobic ability,and play important role in preventing cardiovascular system diseases.
