This paper expounds the importance of physical e ducation management in universities and the relationship with URP(University Res ouce Planning).After analyzing the advantages of J2EE Platform,a frame of physic al education management information system based on J2EE is designed.Finally,a m ethod of how to develop physical education management information system based o n J2EE is given.
