The Present Condition and Countermeasures of Outside Class Training in Colleges in Anhui Province

对安徽省高校课余训练的现行状况分析认为 :目前安徽省高校课余训练主要存在对课余训练定位不准确、经济投入不够、教练员积极性受到挫伤、高校招收高水平运动员体制有待改进、场馆设施及科学仪器设备难以满足课余训练的需要等问题 ,并据此提出一些相关对策 。

This essay investigates and analyses the present conditions of outside class training in colleges in Anhui province. It finds ou t the problems and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem.
