摘要
船舶拍卖是海事审判中独具特色的法律制度。虽然《海诉法》对此作出了系列规定 ,但在船舶拍卖实务中仍然存在诸多问题。文章根据船舶拍卖的性质对拍卖公告期限、债权登记、确权诉讼。
Ship auction is a unique system in the maritime trials. But many problems exist though Admiralty Suit Law has accepted many provisions on it. The thesis makes research on the nature of ship auction and concerning legal relationship and comes to a conclusion with four points. [
