Cultivating of Professional Talents at High Level in the West Economic Development ——the Quality Evaluation of Professional Degree's Education in Gansu Province

专业学位研究生培养质量是专业学位研究生教育的生命线。以规范甘肃省专业学位教育,提高专业学位培养质量为出发点,以教育质量评估的基本理论为基础,探讨了甘肃省专业学位评估的目的,并着力对专业学位教育质量评估在甘肃省学位与研究生教育中的作用以及甘肃省开展专业学位教育质量评估所应遵循的原则进行了深入分析。

The postgraduates quality is the lifeline in the professional degrees education.This paper,in order to improve the quality of professional degree education in Gansu province,on the basis of basic theory of quality evaluation,probed the intention of the quality evaluation of professional degrees education,and analyzed the effect of the quality evaluation of professional degree education on academic degree and postgraduate education and the principle which should be followed during the quality evaluation of professional degree education in Gansu province.
