摘要
随着教育竞争的加剧 ,社会对教师的要求越来越高 ,教师劳动的复杂性与创造性更加明显 ,教师的专业化得到社会的普遍关注。本文阐述了教师专业化制度的确立和教师专业化的标准 ,并提出了改革“三级”“两块”教师教育体制、提高教师学历层次、更新教育科学课程体系和教学内容。
With the intensification of educational competition, society demands much more from the teachers and therefore, the complexity and creativity of the teaching profession become more distinct. The problem of teacher specialization has aroused general concern in society. This paper discuses the establishment and criteria of teacher specialization and puts forward the suggestions of reforming the present educational systems, upgrading the teachers' academic degree levels, renewing curriculum systems and teaching materials, and establishing alternative in service teacher training systems.
