摘要
从贵州省实情出发研究小城镇行政管理问题 ,阐述小城镇发展背景及现状。从小城镇的概念入手 ,对贵州小城镇的特征和综合改革存在的问题及困难进行成因分析 ,并对此提出政策建议和做法 ,尤其强调管理机构设置的模式选择。
The central idea of this article is about the research on administrative syetem of small towns in Guizhou.The article proceeds from the actual state of Guizhou province, describes the development background and present situation of small towns in Guizhou. From the conception of small towns, the article analyses deeply the characteristics and difficulties exist in the reform, puts forward a reasonable & possible proposal, emphasizes the model choice of admintstrative setup in purticular.
