压裂配套技术研究及在江苏油田的应用 被引量:3

摘要 江苏油田近两年在压裂及其配套技术方面 ,重点开展了区块整体压裂优化技术、压裂液优选技术、高性能支撑剂优选工艺、实时数据分析技术、压裂暂堵工艺技术、裂缝参数的解释及应用工艺、裂缝方位监测工艺、小排量小规模控水工艺、欠顶工艺和重复压裂技术的研究 ,并进行现场实施 ,压裂成功率 95 6% ,有效率 88 5 % ,累积增产原油 91 374 9t,落实探明控制储量 467× 1 0 4 t,投入产出比达到 1∶4 5。江苏油田不但实现了油田的增产 ,而且改善了低渗油藏的开发现状 ,提高了压裂工艺的整体水平。 As the low permeability reserves account for 80% of development area's total reserves in Jiangsu Oilfield,hydraulic fracturing becomes one of the most important means for developing the low permeability reservoir.The paper introduces the research and application of hydrafrac and his matching techniques in the recent two years in Jiangsu Oil field,including fracturing fluid formula research,technics design optimization,construction quality and supervision.The research developed the technologies emphasizing on block integral fracture optimization,fracturing fluid optimization,high performance proppant optimization,real-time data analysis,frac temporary blocking,fracture parameter interpretation and application,fracture azimuth monitoring,low discharge capacity and small-scale water cut controlling,and refracturing.Based on them,we carry on field implementation.It shows the frac success ratio is 95.6%,the effective ratio is 88.5%,the cumulative stimulating is 91 374.9 t,and fulfilled the proved reserves and controlled reserves 467×10 4 t,the input-output ratio is as high as 1∶4.5.In a Word,these tenchics'research and implementation realized the stimulating,as well as improved the low permeability reservoir's development status quo,and also enhanced the hydrafrac integral level in Jiangsu Oilfield.
