摘要 复合钻井技术是大幅度提高钻井速度的主要手段之一 ,是近几年来机械钻速飞跃的关键技术。随着井下动力钻具性能、型号的完善 ,再加上适合各种地层的高效PDC钻头的蓬勃发展 ,复合钻井技术大规模推广应用的时代已经到来。中原油田从 2 0 0 0年开始 ,全面铺开复合钻井技术 ,平均机械钻速提高 1 36m/h ,钻井周期大大缩短 ;同时 ,采取复合钻井 ,井眼轨迹平滑 ,井下钻具结构最大程度地简化 ,能一次性完成造斜、增斜、稳斜、降斜、扭方位等施工 ,比常规钻井能更好地控制井身质量 ,保证井下安全 ,其潜在效益是巨大的。 Adopting compound drilling technique,drilling speed can be increased by a big margin.In pace with the perfection of performance and model number of bottom-hole power drill tool,moreover concentrated PDC bit fitting for different formation is growing vigorously,compound drilling technique can be large-scale applied and disseminated. It was adopted overall in Zhongyuan oilfield from 2000.Average ROP was increased by 1.36m/h, drilling cycle was decreased greatly. At the same time,well track is smooth,drill assembly is simplified to the maximum,the deflection,build up,hold angle,drop angle and azimuth angle torsion can be finished at one-trip.Well bore quality is controlled better than coventional drilling,bottom-hole safety is ensured too.
