安徽省大学生卫生服务需要和利用研究

Study on Health Service Needs and Utilization of Undergraduates in Anhui Province

目的:对安徽省大学生卫生服务需要与利用进行研究分析。方法:随机抽取2200名大学生作为样本,采用问卷调查方法,资料用Epiinfo软件包输入计算机,并采用SPSS10.0软件进行统计分析。结果:两周患病率为13.84%,略低于全国总体水平14.98%;半年慢病患病率为5.99%,低于全国总体水平12.83%;大学生卫生服务需要多样化;就诊的医疗机构主要是校医院。结论:大学生卫生服务需要和利用受经济因素的影响,诸多因素限制大学生的就医行为,应针对医疗需求提供服务。

Objectives:This article studied college student's health service needs and Utilization of undergraduates in Anhui Province.Methods:A sample of 2 200 undergraduats was selected randomly to conduct questionnaire survey.All data were inputted into the computer using the software of Epi info and using SPSS to make statistical analysis.Results:Prevalence rate of fortnight is 13.84%,which is lower than the average level 14.98%of our country;Prevalence rate of chronic disease in half a year is 5.99%,which is much lower than the average level 12.82%of our country grade.The demand of students' for health service is diversification.The major medical facility for student seeking medical advice is school clinic.Conclusions:Health service needs and Utilization of undergraduates is affected by economy.A good many of factors restrict behavior of hospital visits of undergraduates.We should aim at needs to offer health service.
