摘要
本文讨论了当前参考咨询服务研究在解决传统参考咨询服务缺点过程中存在的不足 ,即仅仅停留在服务方式的讨论。而读者需求的解决是参考咨询服务的核心问题 ,所以实现真正意义上的变革是人工智能技术与参考咨询服务全面的结合。
The article analyzes the shortage of the recent reference service research,that is both 'virtual reference desk'and 'Digital reference service'only on the patterns.But the crux of the matter is how to resolve the problems of readers,which need the combination of reference service and artificial intelligence.This article also makes an imagination of the development of reference service with a view to artificial intelligence.
