摘要
为保证机组安全运行 ,建立开放的现场数据采集、分析和组态的实时监控系统 ,并将其传送至管理信息系统 (MIS) ,可充分获得生产现场的数据信息 ,使得设备检修科学化。论述了一种基于ADO技术的炉管温度实时监测与分析系统 ,该系统由运行监测、数据追忆、监测报表、寿命预估等模块组成 ,并通过组态的使用 ,使实际运行具有了灵活性和通用性。
It is necessary to establish an open real-time supervisory system, thus all the information on site can be collected and transferred to MIS, which makes the monitoring scientific. An real-time supervisory and analysis system of boiler tubes based on ADO technique was introduced in this paper, which consists of operate monitoring, data review, monitoring log and lifespan pre-estimate, etc, and the configuration system makes the real operation more flexible and general.
