摘要
建立了测定三黄片中盐酸小檗碱的HPLC方法 ,对 11个厂家 2 6个批号产品的含量测定结果为0 92mg～ 4 0 6mg 片 ,差别很大 ,为全面控制三黄片质量 ,应在标准中增加盐酸小檗碱含量指标。HPLC法测定三黄片中盐酸小檗碱 ,前处理简单方便 ,测定快速准确 。
The content of berberine hydrochloride in 26 samples of Sanhuang tablet from 11 different pharmacy companies was determined by HPLC method.The result showed that the contents of berberine chloride were 0 92mg/tablet～4 06mg/tablet, which were difference greatly in content.The HPLC method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, so it can be used for quality control of Sanhuang tablet.It was suggested that the HPLC method for berberine chloride of Sanhuang tablet shoud be established in Chinese pharmacopia.
